Midlothian Sub Aqua Club is part of the Scottish Sub Aqua Club (SSAC). The training programme we deliver is laid down by SCOTSAC and consists of both practical excercises in the pool and open water and also some theory elements.
The training is structured into different levels and begins initially with the Branch Diver Award. You can progress through the levels at your own pace as your experience and confidence increases.
Full details of the different levels of Diving Awards and exactly what is expected in each level is detailed on the SCOTSAC Web Site.
